The magnets we used are N42 5x3 mm.

We launched our Patreon in February, and not even in our best dreams did we imagine we’d already have so many people supporting our work. Some members have been with us since the very first month, and that truly means a lot.

We’re making this post to clear up some questions about using magnets!
From the start of sculpting to having a painted figure, the process often takes up to three months. And every time after printing, Rafael kept saying: “Let’s glue it! Let’s glue it!”
But I’ve always dreaded gluing pieces before painting. My very first paint job was Messmer, and since he was glued together, I lost count of how many accidents happened and how many times I had to patch up that spear with epoxy putty.

When we first modeled Hornet, we weren’t yet creating figures, only miniatures, but it was always in our plans to revisit this model, and we felt this was the perfect moment.
We’ve been working on this figure since the end of August, and it’s been a very busy few weeks finishing everything. We redesigned the base to better distribute the model’s weight, adjusted the cuts, prepared it to support magnets like Knight, and also completed the print test.
