With our Drawing season in full gear, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to feature FAA Founder, Daniel Graves, and the full story of how he rediscovered the Bargue Drawings!


Back in the mid 1980’s, Graves was in London and came across his first lithograph of the female torso on a pedestal in a market on Kings Road. Graves paid 20 pounds for what would turn out to become one of the most used didactic tools among today’s leading ateliers.
