I've found a counterpart to Patreon. My main income now depends on Patreon, so I had to do something. This analogue became the Russian site Boosty. My brother and I checked it out and you can sign up people overseas there. Not much different than Patreon, but at least it works...
The situation of russia's war with ukraine has caused a new unpleasant wave for russian artists, namely that america will ban payments via paypal to russia. I don't know what to do because it's not accurate information, but as a freelancer and the ONLY income I make is from a foreign part and I use paypal for it, this is shitty news for us. If that happens, I'll need to reconsider the way I pay on patreon or something else. I don't know...
