Holding on to something? Feeling anxiously attached? Think of it as if you are trying to hold onto water. You are trying to keep every drop in your hands and you are squeezing it so tinglty yet it all just slips though your fingers and every last drop sneaks though the cracks and the folds.
Now you have nothing.
However, if you just gently cup it and you take care of it, it will stay right where it is. Comfortable and peaceful.
Remember that next time you are trying to hold onto something too tightly.

Take a moment to stop your head from spinning and spiralling to just be present in this moment. Forget about time and forget about the rush. Just appreciate the energy you feel within yourself and remember your physical body comes from the earth. Your soul is pure magic and never ending. Be grateful for the yin yang life offers as true beauty cannot be experienced fully unless you have walked through hell.

Strolling the park
