How to add new character dialogues (BioRand)
Well, since audio isn't the focus of my work, many character and enemy mods won't have it. However, you can easily add new audio files to make these mods more complete. Today we're going to add dialogue to characters. I'll teach you how to do this with enemies in the next video

All-in-One MODs are complete MODs that modify things beyond character skins. They usually involve modifying inventory, sounds, weapons, animations, background images, item descriptions, etc.
*Always install these MODS on a clean BioRand without any modifications. If you only modify character or enemy skins, then there will be no problem.*
