VIMEO SUCKS. Transferring files now...

So sorry you guys are experiencing more issues with the videos. I paid off my last annual billing for Vimeo yet they are claiming that saying I am no longer a business member and deleted my BTS In The Soop Videos. I'm pretty upset since they took $500.00 out of my account and they're saying I didn't pay- totally ripped me off. So as I try to get a refund- I will officially move all my files and transfer the BTS ITS Season 1 onto Dropbox. I will be starting BTS ITS Season 2 next month after all this is fixed. Thank you!

I need your opinion! I tried a different screen setup during SEVENTEEN's In The Soop Episode 1 reaction- where I made my reaction screen smaller and made the video screen full instead. I had no idea that Dropbox links only allow 1-hour upload length but both the txt & svt in the soop videos are longer than an hour so it got cut off. I have to trim the videos into parts in order for you to view the full video. I have to cut it and re upload! Sorry for the wait AHHH!!!

I got in contact with Vimeo and they are allowing my videos back up for 5 days until I upgrade to their insane custom plan which starts at 10K-12K (which I am NOT about to do) so FYI the videos are back and I read all your suggestions about other platforms to try (THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR SENDING OTHER OPTIONS OMG).
