not sure where did this pose came from, but I finally gave Mix a throne of socks.
anyway, this pinup idea came from the suggestion excel list...
I also modified the pose a lot to show more, I guess it's good ferrets are very flexible.
in terms of art, I Tried to keep most of it around browns and using Mix eye color for certain details, idk. didn't went wild with adding many colors this time.
and deals with some of the stuff that happens in the city.
As a reminder, this story is inspired by a series of scripts written by someone else, that I adapted.
in the original, Li, and Althalos visited the city, they catch Jake stealing from them, and then they leave, at other version of the story there was a random fight with an alligator.
in my version, I just took the idea of Jake stealing from Li, but I changed almost everything, made new interactions for the ch...
I've been thinking this past week about the Derideal webcomic's bioreactors. I draw these things from time to time in my webcomic series, but I haven't done many definitive designs, despite the machine been draw several times in the story. in any case, here's the version 2 of the bioreactor, which are the among the first ones the Consortium made.

Sort of the default "Bioreactor" we'll see in the main Derideal series.
for this one I made the mechanics around it a little smaller, but in the comic it has more stuff around it.
The idea of this thing is that it's able to grow organic material and form it into a xeno. most of the cables are part of different systems, some help by injecting nutritive things, other chemical molecules that also influence the xeno's growth and development. also, most xeno bioreactors are interconnected to allow a shared "immunological" syste...

Hey, it's been some time since I made these pages, and well, this project is officially dead since months now, so I decided to share these.
first off, let's be clear about this:

I had to attempt to translate some scripts into comic form (the scripts weren't meant for comic)
and I think the narrative makes too many "jumps" at the beginning, so I'm not sure if it was working either, I just did what I could to bring the text into comic form at the time.

a cute medic bun! yey! I went a little creative with her outfit to not make her look as simple than a white coat. anyway, it's always fun to draw bunnies, I think they're another little critter I enjoy to draw, besides cats and ferrets.
these bits re mostly to remind readers about stuff that happened episodes ago... in case they weren't paying attention haha, I've noticed sometimes it takes me a few episodes to pay-off certain elements in the story, and I don't think people pay as much attention to little details.
also, last panel is meant to be fanservice, you know? this is what I originally created Ivory... didn't did it much I think, so why not xd
it was also difficult to draw, damn, hard to find references and get it right...
just wanted to share these sketches that made me happy, I've been trying to be a little more playful with the format... but it's not eso easy for me yet haha.
it's going to take me a while, and it's bothering me. lots of background on these pages too, and several characters in certain scenes... but I'll get it done eventually.
I'm also enjoying trying to make these characters to look more cute, to draw more simple and do more anime-ish expressions.
Suit design commission for this techy wolf! I was thinking in a combat engineer kind of suit! now he's just doing repairs, so no helmet or anything else too necesary... I also decided to include a cute drone, because I thought it was cute

I haven't had time much time to draw pinup stuff for Patreon lately, but this was a good chance to do two things at once, it also helps a lot to define this girl's fur body patterns a little better.
A commission I enjoyed to make, to design a ferret girl fursona, heck yes! Pan is a shy girl, I tried to draw her with compasionate eyes, idk how much sucessful I was at it haha. still, enjoyed a lot trying to figure out more ferret shapes and patterns for OCs!
just a very early concept commission for a hybrid lab critter, based off several things... ferret+flying squirrel+feline. they're supposed to fly or slide around, I decided to paint their fur blue, you know, I think that would reflect most sunlight radiation, and make them look cute flying around in the sky.
I got this little commission, I think it's a complicated idea to get everything needed into a something more definitive.
but this was the best I could come up with so far haha.
