Our first coven hangout since the pandemic began was a delightful 21 hours of sun, fun and silliness.

I’ve been in the forest this week, communing with the owls, snakes, mosquitos and deer. I needed to scrub the city from my mind, jump in the lake, steer the canoe, watch sunfish as we soak up some rays. I’m alone with the kids, I always have another adult with me when we camp, being off the grid is a lot of work. But I’m trying to learn how to do all of the regular things on my own. And I’m doing it. We’re doing it! It’s been a really nice break from lockdown life at home.

When Max went out for a haircut I scrambled out of bed and got a little glam, surprising her with this outfit when she returned. It didn’t stay on long.
