FBX of this hair, rigged.
Ok so there are 2 options for this hair.
1st Option: ~70k polys, looks the best.
2nd Option: ~50k polys, looks decent.

Of course you can always decimate even more if needed but with curly hair it can be hard to make it optimized and pretty at the same time so do be aware of that. It's rigged and flows nicely. No texture except for the head cap. (yes bangs are rigged too)
