Waiting on Carl Wheezer Ilya just to see if he would fit Ilya but if not I'mma just use Russian Ilya's voice actor.
SIDE FUCKING NOTE: I DIDN'T PLAN FOR THIS BUT??? NOT @ ME GETTING AN IRISH VA FOR JESSE AND A RUSSIAN VA FOR ILYA????? (Jesse is half Irish and Ilya is Russian)
