Btw, I think Jaehaerys is supposed to be the perfect Targaryen Shogun.. monopoly on violence and a decisive arbitrator of lower levels of governmentโฆ but he failed as a Targaryen King bc he didnโt set his heirs up for success and was feckless about succession.
