Hi guys, we wanted to get your opinion on an idea. The thing is, our artist Bisamon sometimes fails to meet deadlines because she's a little overconfident))))
So I came up with a punishment for her. Every time she fails a deadline, her lazy ass will show up on our patreon as a "worst employee of the month" photo.
What do you think of this idea?

I don’t want to encourage something that could potentially put a person in a worse state of mind or make them feel like a failure. Taking responsibility? Yes. Not a witch hunt. Not saying you would but one bad day is all it takes.
