2024-08-06 05:20:55 +0000 UTCYeah, I think the biggest part of this is the ones that said they โknow how she feels have their motherโ so they clearly donโt know how she feels theyโre just empathizing with how she feels. Johnny who wanted to let her have control of her own decisions and work through this pain lost his mother and through Johnnyโs eyes if he had worked through it and just went a few rounds. Maybe he wouldnโt have missed the birth of his son maybe he wouldnโt have just went and ate a burger in front of the hospital Iโm not saying, he actually would have done better, but in his eyes heโs thinking maybe if he worked through that pain differently, he could have been more prepared for his own son. Remember, Daniel has always been hot tempered. It was literally the reason Mr. Miyagi didnโt teach him everything and told Daniel defense only probably because he didnโt want Daniel to hurt people. Daniel was taught one part of karate to balance his life and he put a person who went through ups and downs on a pedestal without realizing thatโs how he learns those balancing decisions was through Mr. Miyagiโs own ups and downs

2024-07-26 05:22:43 +0000 UTCI wanted to make something clear on my stance with the Tory fight, I don't have any issue with them interrupting the fight, my problem comes after when Tory is pleading and trying to explain how important it is for her, only to be ignored. If they had resumed the fight at that point I would have been perfectly fine with it

2024-07-26 02:12:05 +0000 UTC38:00 i believe they shouldโve let tory continue fighting, because in the tournament itโs not gonna matter whether youโre going thru something personally or not. no matter how hard someone hits or not. as long as tory got a point, followed the fighting match rules, and didnโt put her in a coma or sum then it should be all good she knew the rules before the match so if even if she lost, it wouldโve been valid for her not to be issued a rematch or anything

2024-07-26 01:34:03 +0000 UTCOne little nice attention to detail I like is you can tell that Johnny Lawrence was raised in Korean martial arts instead of Japanese Karate, since Cobra Kai's karate is that Tang Soo Do (Taekwondo) karate that Kreese taught him. That's why he doesn't understand when Danny uses Japanese terms. His original blocks are more Korean. Also, his hatred for "Katas" comes from Korean martial arts using "Poomsae" (Forms) instead of Kata, where you drill all-offense instead of whatever those tai chi practices are. I noticed that in his training montage
