Added 2022-05-18 00:33:10 +0000 UTCI ate McDonald's for the first time in 3 months. It was yummy but now I'm bloated. So I decided to take this picture because I nourished my body with a yummy treat and even though I'm bloated I felt deserving in my treat.
40 pounds in about 3 years (despite people saying they can't see a difference really don't understand how weightlkss works) but wanted to share its okay and NORMAL to have dimples, creases, acne, shave bumps, ingrown hairs, body fat, wrinkles, stretch marks. ITS OKAY! ITS OKAY! I added a filter to this picture to enhance ALL of those things. Beauty is a social construct and goddamn it I'm gonna tear it the fuck down and eat it.

I think that the key to happiness and self acceptance is to find a way to mute or at least control those overcritical negative thoughts we have about our own body.
