2024-04-03 03:24:50 +0000 UTCThis is so interesting. When I first started learning the Uchi Mata I learned it in combination with the ankle pick (which now I know is called "kouchi gari"). But when I got better at doing the Uchi Mata I've not needed to do the ankle pick as much. I also did not know you could do kouchi gari without the uchi mata either!
