If he wanted to talk calmly to her sheโd drop everything to meet him and explain herself.. she touches on the importance of explanations in the next song, โwould it kill you to explain?โ. Sheโs not sorry, but sheโd explain..and itโs not her fault he wonโt talk to her or process, he canโt sit with hard this, plays noise in his empty house to drown it out.

Of course men experience heartbreak but men also treat women like commodities to make them look cool or desired, itโs important to see the other side of that. Not that these guys treat girls poorly, I have no way of knowing that, but the experience of young women is so underrepresented, exposure to the pain we feel can only help.

Scientists have proven that tumultuous relationships can be addicting (like a drug addiction) because you are chasing the happy chemicals you get when your partner is happy with you and super depressed when their mad (because you aren't getting any of those happy chemicals). If that makes sense lol?

And I think the bartender thought the ex was dead bc he saw the picture in the wallet when he checked for ID, and just the thought of her being dead hit him like a nightmare scenario?
