I wish I could do more poses there but there was the hotel's restaurant right underneath and I couldn't express myself fully 🥲

I'm so immersed into my own body freedom that sometimes I forget how people can be judgemental of it. I mean, I was in my own room and wearing a bikini (for the most part 😏) but still started to receive attention from people there and knew it was time to stop.

I'm finally back home ☺️ I was only gone for 5 days but it has felt like an eternity.

The trip was tiring. I traveled by both plane and boat to get to the island Milos. There is a remarkable beach there that resembles a moonscape as it is a white volcanic rock. I was fully painted by the artist and we shot on that amazing location.

This last week has been so busy! I received a trip proposal from a friend photographer of mine to travel to a Greek island next week and shoot together. It was so sudden and I have had to plan everything in a very short time. He creates this outstanding body painting art which is so incredibly detailed and beautiful, like nothing I've seen before.

A week ago, I finally did it and quit my 9-5 job after more than 3 years of working for that company. I am very grateful for everything that it offered me during this time, but this last year, it had become a big source of suffering for me. I endured that feeling for a long time but I had to acknowledge the fact that this cycle is complete and I have to move on to the next chapter of my life.

I've been thinking a lot lately about the beauty and body standards that we see online. I receive so many comments regarding my body and appearance, and believe me, not all is good and positive.

It feels so nice being close to nature again. I really love the mountains and walking barefoot on the ground as much as I can. It's so grounding and calming.

Seraphic Presence

A few days ago, I had the idea of creating something flowy and ethereal with a white sheet and I decided to play a bit with the shutter drag effect.

This technique captures the motion in the photos and it's like it gives them another dimension, so the blurriness you see is actually done on purpose 😄

You never know what you will get with this technique, but I find it so fun ☺️

Yours truly got sick two days ago 😭🥹

It is nothing serious but it definitely made me slow down my regular schedule.
I was kind of expecting it because whenever I go through big changes, my body reacts to them. In a way, it's like I'm going through a physical cleanse while my mind is trying to adjust to the new reality.

I'm always surprised at what comes out after I start shooting. I usually have an idea in mind but it rarely works out as I picture it. Once I get into the zone, my mind stops and things flow right through me. I usually spend hour after hour taking photos and I only stop when I'm reminded by my stomach of how hungry I am 😅

I had been thinking of doing a shoot like this for the longest time, so when the opportunity came to go to a beach house, I immediately packed this mirror in my suitcase 😅

The light was gorgeous during the sunset and the surroundings as well. It was a remote beach with only a couple of people around, so I felt really comfortable shooting naked.

It was not an easy shoot though. Not only was it very painful on the rocks, but it was also really hard to focus with the camera within the mirror and not outside of it. Some shots ...
