Self click on your teen and select the action menu. From there click "Enable Troubled Teen". This will give the teen Sim the required trait. You can remove the trait through the same process.
This mod adds random jealousy buffs to The Sims 4.
In CAS give your Sim the Pathological Jealousy trait found in the Social category.
A Sim with this trait will experience random bouts of jealousy through buffs. Each buff will reveal what your Sim is jealous of in that moment. They'll go through a variety of negative emotions.
