I'm working on to make Waifu2x-Extension-GUI be able to process APNG(Animated PNG).
I already finished to made waifu2x-ncnn-vulkan & waifu2x-converter be able to process APNG.
And it can automatically recognize APNG image that "disguised" as PNG, and process it as an APNG image.

Here are the changes that the next Stable update will bring:

1. New option: [Ignore frame rate mode], which will allow you to tell the program to ignore the frame rate mode of the source video. So if you wanna force the program to process a VFR video(without converting it CFR first), you can enable this option.(Might cause ERROR)
