Day 1-2
Finally got myself a gym membership I will be showing you guys my evolution. I just hit a seasonal depression as many of you must be feeling instead of staying in bed all day I decided to go out and get myself a membership so I have to push myself to go work out. Since I’m going to LA soon, I am going every day for an hour if you guys can see. Left is before working out and the right is after working out . I just sent you focus on what I know which is mostly legs and back.
