The last two weeks of prep have been very challenging. Hopefully, the body will respond and be less inflamed this week. Food is low, and training volume has been reduced to lower stress and inflammation. Prep updates

Time is flying, and we are now four weeks away from competition! 

My coach and I are very happy with how my physique is coming along. No changes have been made so far this week (potentially, there will be changes on Sunday). I am getting leaner each week, and I feel my physique is popping without looking drained and flat—long may this continue! 

My body fat has definitely reduced, and I feel more energized than ever. I prefer to stay in this condition when the comp has finished. The hard work is hopefully paying off!&...
