Ada is a strong woman and mother, but there also is a kind of melancholia in her personality, specifically after a part of my story. I can’t wait you will be able to discover all I imagined. I hope you’ll enjoy it and you’ll cry with me, haha 😳

I can’t hide I’m very excited finally get a definitive more detailed concept for the Bert dad ! I have the feeling it’s very important I don’t fail with his appearance ! Here is the final concept I validate, I feel it’s what I wanted for him, even now I have to train to draw him. It also means I can start the visual development with his model sheet including his different facial expression, color palet, clothes etc ( I have to do the same thing for Ada )

It’s a very difficult but very fulfilling character design exercise ...

Sorry, it’s me again ! 😳 I just did the rough for the panel 01 ! I’m happy with how it starts to look, so, I already share it with you ! I was a few scared with this panel, because there are lot of secondary characters and urban détails, I’m not used to draw urban background, I need to practice more ! But I’m surprised, it’s funny to draw so far ! and, I also suddenly had a new idea for more storytelling ! The three children running looks lightly like RBA, and Reiner and Annie melancholically noticed that !
