Wrapping up early for the heat (38°C+ and I'm waaaay too cool for AC), figured I'd at least share something with you guys, regarding our growth, our plans, and more~
I'm sure last year was a long one for many of us 😅! I won't discuss serious topics here, as that's not why you've subscribed to our page. However, I hope you still enjoy playing Princess & Conquest and following the development of all our projects, including our new baby, Queen of Clubs!

Worked most of the week on our playful prankster to have her ready as soon as humanly possible 🤖 Enjoy her final updates, I still plan to do more tests, and the final event will be memorable, but we're almost there!

Time for another Reign to join! It's the mice, and the chosen sister will be Socket, since she's my bestie, but I'll likely have some of them cycle around the throne room~
As promised, we're starting to work on the animated Mouse Princess portraits as soon as we finish the first batch of Reigns for the Kingdom Map!
Toys will have no shortage of sexy weirdos and secrets to discover! The Marionette being one of them~
Look forward to meeting her and to finding her lost kin, she'll reward you generously (?) Their animation, as the one for plushie NPCs, will be made by Akai, Japanese master of pixel art, who has been accompanying us since the first animations he's done for Kobold Princess! I'll never stop being thankful to him~
I want a new Princess! We need her, to be clear. In Queen of Clubs' Kingdom, there are differences from Princess & Conquest starting events:
Knight never fought Dragon Princess I in the Kobold Mines.
Dog is likely still after the red dragon (like in P&C), but since the K/DP1 fight didn't happen, she couldn't have ended up in the Tower she proceeds to "conquer", disposing of the Princess occupying it in the process.

Low-resolution version of the 8K map we're working on~
There are moving waves and clouds in the ingame one, and I'll show it in its full glory once we've got the key locations and castles added to it~
It's still missing Bird Princess's little cloud somewhere around the top, but we'll make sure to include it in the final version. Also, for Queen of Clubs, I may plan to not have all Princesses available (speaking of the weirdos like Shadow), until you unlock them via an event or something similar, I want our silly ambitious tavern ...
Certainly a month to remember, between Queen of Clubs releasing in Early Access (we're now on v0.4)and good old P&C getting ready to release its 20th Reign!
And while the red dragon is about to return, marking the end of the first Act of our new Tavern managing/Princess dating game...
The 5th and final event for Toy Princess is being written rig...
Sorry for the wait, it's finally time for a new stable build! There are new Knights, many new animations, the build is ready for DLC#3! It will include 10 exclusive characters you can carry around your playthroughs!
And then reworked items, many fixes, and Toy Princess is now seriously looming over the Kingdom!

Obviously, she'll be returning to your tavern once you've helped her cheer up (she's a sad drunk though...)! I'll fix a couple issues, test the new kobold content, and start packing up v0.4!
It's been a while, but I've worked on a lot of features needed for Toy's release, and some of them are already here for you to try out!
Finally, the Ghastly Hand Mirror returns! Found in the Forgotten Gardens, its description says: "The appearance of Princess reflected on it will last forever in your heart!"
Basically, it saves the Costume a Princess is wearing while exposed to it, dragging it to NG+ too! It costs 10 Life Force per use, getting the Kingdom more and more trendy and undead... the ...
Working on the first draft of the official Kingdom Map!
I'll make sure the artist doesn't forget any of the key locations. Still, this one won't be able to cover the Kingdom Above and Below, since that's how maps work~ being mostly 2D~
I mean, we'll have the little chubby cloud where the Birdcage sits, but I'll imply Toy/Shadow Reigns are somehow linked to the island where the Wyvern Peak/Crystal Crater are, without adding any weird cross-section, at least for the map for the Kingdom's surface!
There's Knight Princess, and the underboob guard! Damn, humans are cool!
While the guard is already one of the characters that will appear in your Tavern, Knight Princess will stay true to her honor as a woman-at-arms, and refuse to visit your place! I want to add special unlockables after the "main course" is ready, there are already so many characters to allocate 💖
Making progress on the new DP1 scene! Starring the huge red dragon and her huge red

This will be played at day 10, if you manage to repay your debt with her! ... But she's a complex girl, it will be hard for things to go as expected!
I'd imagine this scene to be ready by v0.5, while the next one will focus on more QoL stuff and on the addition of Human Castle and Goblin Palace, with human and goblin patrons making their appearance.
We've got a kobold-themed update on our hands today! The Kobold Fortress opens, this place will see Kobold Princess' scenes continuing from where we left her, and the Princess will be the one explaining how traveling around the Kingdom works! Writing that right now.
Also, new visitors appeared in your Tavern! We start with Kobold NPCs! Goblins and Humans are already on their way!
New monst... TOYS are ready to fight for the Kingdom!
Starting from the upcoming Beta build you'll have Toy armies walking around the Kingdom, sieging other Reigns, possibly capturing them, and placing their ambassador on another Princess' throne!
We're moving fast, and the Princess' 3rd scene is getting ready as I write! It won't be a long wait before the Toy Reign is completed!
Worked out how the "random" NPCs are going to work in Queen of Clubs!
They get unlocked racially, together with their Princess, so for every unlock you get abunch of new possible characters!
Every day, there's a set chance of 0~1~2~3 Princesses visiting at once, with 0 and 3 being the most unlikely occurrences; the remaining spots will be filled in by PEASANTS!
