Genesis 8 Amanda - Reveal

As per the title, you have.  Once again, it seems the less active I am on Patreon, the more pledges I get!  Trust me, it's not deliberate.

So the first thing to confess is that, in almost three weeks now, I have not written a single word in the CYOA.  There are a number of reasons for this; waiting for playtester feedback (which is very positive), feeling a little burnt out, the demands of my day job... but the most serious issue has been with my eyes.  Yes, again, I am sorry to say.

Choose Your Own Adventure - Update

Hi everyone - two weeks without posting and my number of patrons has gone up!  I must stop posting more often!

This is just to say that, in the past 14 days I have been hard at work and the size of the Amanda CYOA has now doubled to 30,358 words, as of this afternoon.  I am running at an average of around 1000 extra words added per day, and I wish I could go faster, but a lot of the work is in designing the choices and creating the flow,  links, structure, logic etc.  It's nowhere near as simple as writing a straigh...

Amanda Jones LOVES You

I was going to give this a different title, something like "Teen Amanda - Summer 2020 look", but the title rather suggested itself.  Sometimes I feel like my characters want to say something.

It's been a quiet couple of weeks here, and I expected to find my patrons drifting away as normally happens when I don't continuously post updates in a desperate effort to try and maintain interest. To my surprise, I have some new patrons (welcome!) and no-one has cancelled!

Truth is, I have been quite unwell - and I don't mean at death...

I have a few wicked plans for Detective Ciara to work on over this weekend but, before then, I thought it might be nice to see her in earlier, calmer times.

The Ciara season continues, and I was most taken by the comic strip that PP (our guest artist) did this week.  So I have revised and remastered that holdups look which I first dabbled with a few years back.

Now we just need some ass-kicking poses to make that devilishly-short A Line skirt dance around a bit!

Turns out Ciara is rather well-suited to such detective stories.  Well, I think so :-)

Ciara Short Comic Strip - By Guest Artist

OK, latest thing we came up with, just how cool is this? :-)

Was talking to my collaborator and he was inspired by a scene in The Casket Caper (which you can read here ) plus Ciara's 'holdups' outfit and, after a short back-and-forth, this is what came out.

If this gets lots of good feedback (as I predict) I may revisit that outfit with 3D Ciara shortly.

Ciara vs Undead - Rematch

Ok so it looks like handguns really don't do much against animated skeletons.

They surrounded Ciara on all sides, advancing slowly.  One skeleton took off its own skull and brought it crashing down on Ciara's.  OUCH!   Knocked out.
