Appreciate A Dragon Day

Well what has a hopper been up to? Mostly this and that, but also working on getting the Stellaris Space Springhares mod to a working stage.

As you can see, it's live! I do hope you enjoy playing as a hopping rodent species.. or consuming them as a devouring swarm!

Keep On Truckin'

The HMS Fatum Intra Faux's pet Grimalkin seems to think of herself as a bit of a space trucker sometimes. Where she got a steering wheel is anyhbody's guess.

Naturally like all space truckers, she needs a hat and a snack to complete the trucker image. Abigail and Jane fit the bill perfectly.

The ships Grimalkin has decided you don't need those Springhare crewmembers today. The ships Grimalkin has yet to decide if you'll need those Springhare crewmembers ever again.

At least the Springhares are having a good rest while the ships Grimalkin ponders it it all over a nap, if they want a rest or not.

Improving Relations

The dragon Empire in Inanis is known to be a tricky one to enter diplomacy with, though easy to end up entering something else with but a single flick of the head and a snap of the jaws.

The twilight landscape lit by the warm light above filtering through the foliage and glowing mushrooms below tracing the pathways of Springhares and the natural trails of Plantanimals would provide a level easy to read by but still capable of providing dark areas within the dense growth. In the universe of Inanis, it is not just the Space Springhares that prefer the depths of the void. Other species make similar journeys as the Springhares between the stars, in ways that are even less centrally controlled then the hoppers.

Patreons June Sales Tax

Comic Style Sketches 1

Before the Thistleland comic was ready to be started, Timor and I thrashed styles for how the comic should look. There were a lot of considerations both on my own side but also on Timors, with unexpected turns here and there. In the end we worked out a ballpark figure for a comic style, and indeed a style to suit Thistleland and FIF on a wider scale and did some style sketches from the background lore of FIF and Thistleland for it showing some random characters, species and anatomy testing to give a good variety to flex the style.
