Hi! There's still tons of writing to do but I decided to remove some links, possible temporarily, to cut down on empty passages. That means escort scenes mostly. The past couple of days I haven't had much time to work on the game. My car broke down, my cat got ill and it was just kind of a shitty few days. I'm really really thankful to all you guys. What's new?

Hi! Just felt like I would share a little update again. There's no huge new features I added in the past two days, but basically I've been doing the following:

- Perfecting the new relationship and marriage mechanics

- You now get the wives you don't pick as contacts in your phone so you can later build a relationship, date 'em, fuck 'em and marry 'em. Escort service is now also a tile instead of a blue link.

Hi! Today I finally achieved something I've been wanting for ages. So far all the girls you could marry that weren't in the game by default (Ariana, Daisy etc.) took tons of seperate passages for each and every one. Today I finally managed to get this coded properly. This means the following:

Streamlining

Hi y'all! Didn't have much time today but I spent an hour or two doing something I'd been putting off for a long time... I finally completely rewrote the contacts and relationship menus into the tile style instead of a huge list that took ages to scroll through. Relationships menu now also tracks all managers. Tomorrow I'm turning the last few menus into tile style (assistant hiring, house and car selection etc.), using blue links as little as possible.

New feature: Massage Parlor

While working on the massage room in the strip club, I was putting tons of time into a feature that a lot of people weren't going to even get to. It was locked behind buying the strip club for millions of dollars, after all. I figured I should make it a seperate feature, so I did.

You can now buy a massage parlor through the real estate agent at the mall for $250k. You can pick an internet celebrity to run it (I had quite a few requests for girls like Pokimane and ASMRglow) and it now has a lot more features, including:

New club features progress

The buyable sex club is coming along nicely. After buying the club, you can now expand it with a massage room, a brothel and a donkey show. The massage room is 90% done and has lovely calming music as well. The brothel has six rooms and will allow for one-on-one sex with the girls. Scenes are still being written but the code is working great. All sex club interactions now also have reference pictures (which was an absolute bitch to code).

Just here to update you guys on the next update :) It's really happening now. I'm enjoying working on the game again a lot, but trying to pace myself so it doesn't take over my life again. Before starting on working again, I played my own game for about two hours. No cheats, no tricks, just played it as anyone would. I hadn't done that in a long time and it revealed quite a few tweaks and bugs I hadn't seen before.

Gameplan

Hi guys!

The end of the month is coming and I'm sure some have been expecting me to have made a decision. And there's good news, and perhaps bad as well. I made my choice, and the choice is that I will be quitting the game... But not yet! I'm currently really struggling with my life, trying to end bad habits and create better ones in it's place. This game is a strange one as it's both good (teaches me coding and other useful skills) and bad (feeds my porn/masturbation addiction).

Next update unfinished playable beta

Before I take my month hiatus (read previous post, billing is paused, you won't be billed in october!), I wanted to at least upload what I have so far so you guys can sort of play around with the release parties, the buyable sex club and Isabela Merced as a sister. It'll be very unfinished and buggy with lots of dead ends. If I do decide to quit this project, I will at least be finishing this update before I go, but nothing is certain yet.

First look: New sister

Sneak peek: Buyable club

With the release parties going strong, I decided to make a start on the buyable strip club! I updated the strip club with tile links intead of text links. I also decided to have all three activities everyday instead of a randomly picked one. The Golden Shower will no longer show up for people who have watersports turned off.

Sneak peek: Release parties

I just got done with the first rough draft for the release parties! I decided to add another manager that you have to hire to get the ability to do parties, so you can now hire the "event manager". Choices are Miley Cyrus, Rita Ora or Kate Moss.

After a release you can visit her in her office and plan a party. Pick a venue, choose catering (booze or no) and invite some celebs to increase or decrease the chance of the party going wild. The guestlist is 10 girls max. Guy actors don't go on the list (too much work).

Release parties won!

It was a close race but in the end, Release Parties won by one vote! This means I'll be starting on them from... right now, actually. I got quite a few hours to work on the game in the coming days and even though I was secretly hoping the buyable sex club would win, the votes don't lie! Release parties will be finished first and after that the sex club is next. They'll probably both make it into the next update. Hi! I had the idea to get the update done for release this week but I decided against it. I just added the reference picture feature and it will take a lot of work to implement this properly. Every single passage with an active celebrity will need to be tagged properly. And that's just the easy ones. Some passages (like the dungeon) don't have one celeb, they have a variable that changes. So I gotta add a shitton of code there checking for each girl and changing the image for each. It's gonna be great though!

Reference images: yes or no

Hi! I added a new experimental feature that adds a little reference image of the celebrity you're interacting with. On PC it will appear in the sidebar but on mobile most people don't have the sidebar out so it'll hover in the corner. It's small on mobile but at least you get a little Ariana hovering there while reading the story! People kept asking me for more pics in the game and I figured this would be a good way to solve this. I tried the hover-pic on PC but with the sidebar out, it overlapped the text.
