A Holiday Greeting

I wanted to take a moment to wish all you the happiest of holidays and to say thank you for the support over the past year - it means so much to me.  My hope is that you can spend time with family and friends, enjoy the season, and maybe gather for a holiday one-shot!

Years ago, the Crown Prince travelled in disguise and wintered at a small country inn. While there, he took a down a magnificent stag during a hunt led by the Inn’s owner. For the kindness shown to the Crown Prince, he decreed the inn would now be known as the Gilded Stag. Poll Results and an Announcement

The poll has concluded; thanks to everyone who voted and share their opinions.  With more than 80% of our patrons preferring a  joint Fantasy/Sci-Fi patreon, I will continue to offer maps in both genres here.  

As many of you know, I have been making fantasy maps here and as part of the BBEB patreon.  The focus of the BBEB is evolving to include full adventures with created maps and tokens.  It is an exciting development and I will continue to be involved as a map maker with the talented team of the BBEB.  ...

Sci Fi vs. Fantasy Maps

The Map Emporium started with Fantasy maps and now includes a growing number of Sci-Fi and Cyberpunk maps.  I know some folks only play one genre of games and might only need one style of map.  In discussions with my support staff (i.e. me talking to myself and often ending in loud, physical altercations), I wonder if you kind folks would prefer separate patreons for the different genres or for us to continue on with one that spans the different genres.

In response to several requests for simple scifi battles maps, I have created a series of maps for use with Cyberpunk, Shadowrun, Star Wars, Traveller, Star Finder, Aliens, or the Expanse. I will be releasing a series of map packs – each containing 3 different maps - in several formats.

I recently revisited Suicide Alley for submission to a well-known game company and thought you might like to see the reworked map. Added some details, enlarged it, cleaned up a few rogue shadows. Still one my favorites; hope you can use it!

A Quiet Hollow [20x20 or 40x40]
