The full debriefing, and all of the paperwork associated with it, took nearly a week.  During that time I was given access to the stone Selene had, so that I could begin the update process on my own core.  The powers that be didn't know that I'd already been through that process, so I just spent the time going through the guide updates again and making sure I had down what I needed to.

We worked on the most obvious materials for several hours before collectively deciding that sleep was required. While I felt that it wasn't really needed, we set up a guard rotation. I turned and saw him. Standing there like it was nothing was an elf with waist length white hair. It was hard to tell his age, because while his body looked young and hale there was a tired, ancient look to his eyes. There were a number of problems that needed fixing. The first was that while we'd driven off the shadow-wolf for the time being who knew how long that would last.
