In addition to editing like a mad man this week, Iβve also started the ULTIMATE LIFESTYLE TRANSFORMATION thing, Uncle Troy (@certifiedhealthnut) recommenced it so Iβm giving it a shot. Iβm three days in. Itβs a 30 day thing. Iβll let you know if itβs any good and whether you should consider it in a few weeks.
If it works, I should have more energy, get a leaner bod, have better sleep, and be able to kick my craving for refined sugar.
