Soon enough, night fell on the forest. The massive trees blocked out the moonlight, turning the world around the witch’s hut nearly pitch black. It seemed that the princess had finally begun to wear herself out. The hut already looked brand new: books were actually on the shelves, the floor was visible, and dust seemed to have entirely vanished from the house. The witch was at a total loss.
