I find that it’s so healing to admit to people that I struggle. A lot of times I keep things to myself and feel all the weight on my shoulder. I do a lot outside of Youtube and social media. And I’m just doing the best I can at any given time. So I need to stop beating myself up and start loving all parts of me, both the confident and the vulnerable sides.

Hi, I've been feeling better. I took some time off social media and gave myself the permission to rest and do nothing. Getting back into journaling and painting. I love this time of healing. And thank you so much for not putting pressure on me to be posting all the time. I appreciate it a lot 🥺I feel a bit more in control and certain of my life. I just have to remind myself that I'm doing great and nobody is judging me or putting pressure on me, I'm the only one that's doing it to myself. 🦋 I haven’t felt my best lately. There are lots of things on my mind. Insecurities, fears, self-doubts. Feeling tired and not as motivated. It’s like I’m trapped in this bubble in my head and can’t stop focusing on things that are not going my way.

But I’ll be okay. I know this phase will pass and I’ll get to a better place mentally. Hope we will all have a better month in April 💙

Happy weekend 🖤 Recently something bad happened to me but I’m amazed at how I handled it this week. The same thing happened to me two years ago and I remember just how stressed and frightened I was during the whole process. This time of course I was frustrated, but I felt so much calmer and I dealt with the problem like a pro. :) I’m very proud of myself for that.

It just made me realize how much I have grown over the past two years. My confidence, my strength, my resilience, I’m still the same person but much more...
