Pin-Update

Hello there,

This is just a quick update to let you know that I haven't abandoned the pin-ups! I've been crazy busy shooting hundreds of photos over the last few weeks, including several new cozy pin-ups that'll hopefully get you in the festive spirit and help ward off the winter blues.

Early Black Friday

Hello there!

Black Friday seems to have arrived early in the UK, so here's an early look at a comic I'll be posting on my socials later this week.

I've been wanting to draw a panoramic single panel comic for a while now - these work particularly well on Instagram where you can scroll along the panel - and a bunch of rioting shoppers seemed like a perfect opportunity to try it :)

Yes, it was me all along - I was 'the unwelcome guest' and now Deborah is dead and Frankie is mine! Mwahahahah!

Well done to Daniel and Antonio who both guessed the creepy masked menace was Deborah. The green eyes were the biggest clue, as were the long purple fingernails. Her death was a fake out in part 3 and if you look closely in that final panel, you'll notice the monster was a mask on a pole. Hello there!

Here's the first part of my Velma cosplay comic and the start of my second Tale Of Terror. This story is a little lighter than Queen Of The Sea - in keeping with the outfit, I wanted to make a silly Scooby Doo-style mystery that's a bit more colourful and campy, full of twists and turns that'll hopefully keep you on your toes 'til the end :)

Here's a quick look at my chaotic creative process. I'm currently working on the second Tale Of Terror, 'The Unwelcome Guest'. In the comic, I'm visiting friends in their spooky old house.

i shot all the photos in one day, then half way through drawing I decided that I wanted to add a bouquet of flowers to the first few panels. Rather than reshoot the full poses, it was quicker to just photograph the elements I needed - in this case my arm holding something bouquet shaped, (cardboard tubes are very useful!) This also...

Which Witch?

Hello there,

Let's have a break from the serialised spooky stuff with something a bit sillier. I wasn't planning to post this image - it was an alternative to the previous witch pin-up - but here it is anyway.

This was a surprisingly uncomfortable photo to shoot - trying to match the curve of the moon required a degree of flexibility that I don't possess!🌙

I needed lots of firm pillows to prop me up. Because of this, I think the end result looks a little awkward. Also my legs looks quite stumpy. All in all, I much prefer...

Queen Of The Sea - Unused Photo

Here's an unused test photo from Queen Of The Sea. Originally, I was planning to wear a flesh coloured bra and then digitally remove the straps. This proved to be quite difficult and time-consuming - and with over 45 poses needed for the full story, I'd probably still be working on it!

In the end, I went with a plain white bra which I think looks okay in the completed strip. It actually matches my belt :)
