The locations of the Elephant Graveyard and the Outlands have always confused me. The Graveyard seems to be behind the southern border (even though Scar says northern, but the sun tends to rise from the east, so... I guess Scar was really bad at school and he never learned the compass points). And the Outlands of the second movie seem to be located close to the Graveyard. Yeaah. By now it's probably clear to everyone that even though Zarifa is the main character and narrator of this story, she's not a hero. She's both a victim and a villain.
This story is kind of an experiment. I've been wanting to write a story from a villain's point of view for so long. I mean, there's 'Decades of Denial', but we can't "read Taka's mind" in that comic. In this comic, we can see what Zarifa thinks. And I don't know, it's very fun to write. Scary. XD
