Hello everybody I hope you are doing well, today has been a super busy day for me.
I just got back from an award ceremony and I cant believe that I got a commendation for my sketch and a nice sum of money lol!! I was up against Architects and I was the only undergraduate student. Everybody else who had completed work Masters and PhD students like five years older than me but hey, you never know what can happen. Very nice addition to my CV.
I honestly really over the moon in a great mood tonight but I do need to sleep ...

Hey guys! honestly OI saw this piece looking a little different and I cannot decide whether this is overworked or not
anyway heres another quick tip!! when shading i like to work from light to dark.
This screenshot is my first shading layer. As you can see I have shaded all the fur first using a tapered brush. Then what I like to do is use the airbrush at different opacities and erase areas and shade over fur to get the right tones. ...

Hey Guys! Heres the last few things that I will probably work on today.
Also heres an awesome tip!! If you guys want to improve your compositions, try warping stuff around your oc for a better flow and movement! It frames the oc making them the centre piece and isnt too confusing! See below

After much thought, I have decided to pause billing on Patreon for the foreseeable future. I still have quite a few things to catch up on and I am very conscious about overworking myself with art.

Heres some concept sketches I forgot to post! Honestly looking at these, my style has changed a tad ahah!! I honestly dont like how Kaiser looks in the last image. I am gonna redraw him when I have time, and i scribbled out the text in the second image to avoid spoilers hehe!
I cant wait to work on my pages again! I have them sketched out. I want the comic to be my focus when I have finished my commissions and rewards. I miss drawing it so much and I am going to aim to make around 3-4 pages a month!

This was actually a very touching commission to work on For a friend. Naughty blue queens cat, Simon passed away very sadly yesterday and commissioned me to draw her sona with him.
I have missed drawing pets so this was nice to work on. I wanted to make the piece soft with a glow.
