Just coming back from visiting Garfy in London. Because of my vacation I didn't get much painting in in the last two weeks. I worked for a bit more on Horus' fur coat, but as soon as I got my Skaventide box, I started to work on some Clanrats. The two models on the left were some test pieces I used to try out ideas for the paint scheme I had in mind, the model in the middle was the first test model I was happy with. Yesterday I posted a compilation of my recent mini painting guides for Sekhar. Garfy tries to come up with a post for Thursday, but he is quite busy, so maybe he won't make it. Here comes the weekly update on Horus. Last week I finished the left shoulder pad and started working on his wolf pelt. Unlike the studio version, I decided to go for a white wolf fur, a nod to his Luna Wolves roots. For now, I will put this model on hold though, as I need start to work on some Skaven for the Skaventide launch :)

Here comes another update for Horus. The face is pretty much done, and I also finished the base and started the left shoulder pad. Usually large complex models wear me out quickly, but Horus has been a blast so far. Though I will need to take a break soon to work on some Skaventide models instead... but I want to take my time with Horus.
