Kei Fanart

I decided to color the fanart of Kei from Dirty pair. I received  some great suggestions from a few of my patreons  and I will go back to that list to continue my sketches with a slight detour.  I've been watching dragon ball super and have a few characters I want to sketch from it. Mostly Android 18 and Kelfa(edit: I mean Caulifla).

Just playing around with the idea of a animation character sheet for Nao, if she was in a game.  It's fun planning this stuff out although I have no clue what to do with it, lol, as I have so many things I want to do. Not enough timmeeee

Wow, this was quite the work!   It ended up being 27 frames.  I'm still quite new to animation and this was definitely the biggest project I had undertaken with the title of animator, but it was fun and a learning experience. In Swegabe's game, sound effects have been added and I hear it really brings it together.

So today, I failed to meet my expectations I put forth for the progress on the comic.  As none of the pages are shaded.  Between the holidays and other works, I poorly miscalculated how much I could get done.  That being said, I'll be posting all the work I have today, which in some ways exceeds what I said I would post. So hopefully that will make up for the lack of finished work.

Anim00tion practice

So, this was a 8 frame animation that I re-arranged a few times to make a 40+ frame scene.  Some of the animation doesn't quite line up but I thought it was a decent variety. 

Anyways, between this and the swegabe animation I may have screwed up my timing on the Nao comic.  I don't know if I'll have 11 pages finished by the 15th or not.  I will however release them in their current state along with the text so you can at least see the story as it is with some rough art. and after that, I'll be working on the last page of t...

So, decided to animate this.  Made the monster less gross looking.  I don't know what I'm doing with my time sometimes.  Hopefully this is a pleasant surprise and not a "why aren't you working on something else" moment, lol.

Gabeworks logo sneak peak

Stuffs

Okay, lol, so explanation time. I was practicing more chibi proportioned characters for animation purposes, as they seem easier to animate/fit the screen a bit better. It's for a small project I want to do in my off time, just to learn some game coding in game maker and I can't stand using pre-made assets.   The witch game is kind of beyond my time/skills at this moment and am planning to put together a document full of animations, concept art, full plot synopsis and etc to hopefully garner some more professional interest. (yey)....
