Tier changes

Dear patrons!
I want to inform you, that from December the cost for "Mortifer" tier will be increased up to 35$ due to my financial position. A sketch will be drawn for those who have already paid for their November subscription. Additionally, I'm planning to redo the "Malis" tier, change the price for it, and add a voting policy for certain ideas.
