FIXED! --- Dropbox temporarily suspended π€‘
I didn't even know Dropbox had a bandwidth limit. It doesn't say anywhere in their plans.
Please use Nextcloud links until next month. I'll see what happens next month. Maybe I'll switch to google drive.
UPDATE:
I've removed the suspension so Dropbox links should work now. I hope it was just a one time thing (maybe someone downloaded the whole archive which capped out the bandwidth limit).
I've started preparing the google archive just in case.
