The Giraffe

So on the Monsters Inc bonus features, there these factoids about things hidden in the movie. A lot is obvious like the Pizza Planet truck but there's this.

The giraffe is following Mike & Sulley into the building. The GIRAFFE. Thought it was just a flat child's height chart? Nope IT'S A MONSTER.

So I'm going to dig a little deeper to expose this thing once and for all!

The Real Monster

I have a lot of big topics I want to tackle for my next video but they'll take a long time to make so I'm going to focus on a much smaller subject instead for now.

So my next video is going to be about the giraffe in Monsters Inc. Oh, "What giraffe?" I hear you ask.

Is Sonic Beautiful (WIP)

Here it is FINALLY!!

God damn, this has taken so long to get to this point, but I think you can tell I went quite big with the edit for this.

And just in case you're new here, I edit the video first before I move onto the animated parts. That's the next stage before everything becomes final! 

Speaking of final, the final release will be next week. I thought maybe Friday but then thought maybe I shouldn't be releasing this on Brexit-day, given how distracted people will be. It'll be Thursday 30th at the latest!

Picking Up Speeeeeeeed!!

Even if it kills me the Sonic video WILL come out in January! It might be Jan 31st but it's still January!

Legitimately I'm now almost completely finished the edit of the video. I've had a major set back as my laptop broke down, the device I was doing most of the editing on. I've had to send it for repairs but fortunately I saved everything on the cloud so I'm able to keep editing. It means progress has slowed down but at least I'm nearly finished now!

BLAST PROCESSING IS REAL!

Something I pride myself with when making videos is have sources for information where possible. Even if it's just having a block of text on screen to show I'm not just making things up. A simple check can prevent the spread of misinformation and in turn myself find something even more interesting!

Preview: Is Sonic Beautiful 2

Progress on the video has been slower than I wanted, but I didn't want to leave you guys hanging on so here's another preview. I am further along the edit than just these parts, but it's all still in a very rough state, so these parts are at least ready for human eyes to behold. 

A little part of me is tempted to hold off the release of this video until February so it at least ties in to the upcoming Sonic movie, but that would mean halting production of this for another video to fill in for January and I don't want to do that, ha...

2020 Plans!

So I found a CD I saved everything on and shared my rediscovery experience of these old  with you! So an update on what's happening!

First of all I'm thrilled that the Kids TV video has performed so well. Thank you for supporting my decision to not follow up the Live Action Remake video because I think ultimately it paid off. I will still do something to follow that video up but that depends when I can get time for it.

Meanwhile, for my next video I'm turning my attention to Sonic The Hedgehog. Weirdly fortuitous given the recent trailer dropping with the infinitely better character design! But I talk about the development of ...

Kids TV (wip video)

Edit is mostly done. Need to clean up the super ugly TV effects and other tweaks (like putting my face into the ending - you'll see what I mean) but here is the video as it currently stands.

As I have a full clear day tomorrow, animation will hopefully be finished soon and release for this week!

Here's the script for the next Eddache video. The edit is coming along nicely, 3 mins out of an approx 10. And this has been a lot of fun to put together so I think this is gonna be a good one!

So production has finally begun on the next video about conspiracies/theories/interpretations about various kids TV shows.

I've been back and forth over this video idea and I just can't shake the feeling that... I don't want to do it!

How To Make A Live Action Remake

Live Action Remakes (Preview)

So here is the WIP edit for the next Eddache video about Live Action Remakes. The script has morphed and changed a lot since he original draft, in the effort to be positive, constructive and accurate. 

The video definitely has a couple of glitches but hopefully you'll get the jist. Now to move onto the animation side of things. I aim to get this done and video released absolutely no later than the end of this week.

How To Make A Live Action Remake

Wacky Races WIP

The edit for the next video is complete and I'm ready to step into the animated parts now. I'm going to be optimistic and aim for release by the end of this week, but this is based on a few outside factors mainly a voice cameo and an artist for the thumbnail.

There's some fixes yet to do:

• Update end card with updated Patrons and VO
• Missing VO during rankings segment (guest VO)
• Censor swears
• Audio levels

Wacky Races Update

Progress has been slow with various work commitments (I now have TWO jobs! Goodbye social life and free time!... Ah, who am I kidding, I'm a father, there's no such thing as a social life or free time anymore) but progress with the Wacky Races video is happening.

I have all the footage of every episode of Wacky Races, so I compiled this array of titlecards which I think looks nice! Such variety of colours, fonts, styles. Something that I think has gone by unappreciated!

The Winner Of The Wacky Races

So I watched all 34 episodes of Wacky Races, noted down the final placings of each racer, and scored them based on the scoring system from Formula 1.

Then I contacted my buddy and F1 enthusiast Matt Amys to help with producing a graphic of the final result, based on actual F1 graphics! So here's what he produced!

Here is the rough edit for my next video, all about how movies/tv shows deal with actors who have quit or died, with the main focus being on a Mickey Mouse short called "Get A Horse".
