Butterflies and Manticore

This weekend while I was sick I revisited the Sword and Sorcery setting in my Anthro MLP dreamscape. One of the characters got to see more this time was Fluttershy.

      In this setting Fluttershy is a shaman who speaks and defends the spirits of the land. Fluttershy had two states of being. One was her normal pegasus form, but when the moon is full she transformed into a bat pony and then she would converse with the spirits of the night.

Where have you been all my life!

Rarity's eyes took a moment to adjust to the dimly lit interior of the Bucking Mare in my Equestria dreamscape. It was around 3 in the afternoon and tavern was sparsely populated. The lunch crowd had left to finish up their day's work, and evening was still a few hours away. So the tavern staff was for the most part cleaning up and getting ready for the night.

Got my results

I just got my results.

Your test result for COVID-19 was negative (also called not detected).

So apparently I don't have it. Therefore I must have gotten the flu, despite getting the shot, or I've got a bad case of the winter cold. I still don't feel great but at least I don't have to worry about that.

Update

Just wanted to give an update to all my patrons, followers, watchers, and supporters. Yesterday they stuck a swab up my nose and now I'm waiting on the test results from the lab. I might find out as earlier as today and no later than Tuesday. 

   I am feeling a little bit better today. Not much but still better.  I slept well last night. Still got the head pressure and the headaches that go with it but the body aches are diminished. I still feel physically run down so I'm taking this one day at a time. I want t...

2/20/21 stream is cancelled

So yesterday afternoon I started feeling rather under weather, and today I woke up feeling even worse. I've consulted with my medical provider and they want me to be tested for COVID-19. So tomorrow I go in for a test.

Needless to say this means that tomorrow's Picarto stream is going to be cancelled. Even if the test comes back a negative I will not be up for streaming. Sorry folks. As I get further information I will keep folks in the loop.

While do some research for another piece of art I stumbled upon some imagery for the 1930 and 1934 Henderson Streamline Link which embody much that of the Art Deco movement.

Another image from my anthro MLP dreamscape. Once again it's of the grownup CMC and it's promotional images they did for their metal Flying Fingers. She wants more!  Applebloom is the drummer for the group and does backup vocals for the group. Years of working on a farm, practicing martial arts, and drumming have definitely kept her in shape.

From my anthro MLP dreamscape. In that dreamscape the grownup CMC formed the metal band Flying Fingers! This has been a very successful band and has released several albums.

      Scootaloo is the guitarist and secondary vocalist. She goes by the stage name of Flying Fingers as well. Sweetie Belle is the bassist and is the lead vocalist. Applebloom is the drummer and provides support vocals. For various concerts or album the band will bring support musicians for it.
