If you asked her graduating classmates, around a year ago, about Parvani Aghajanian, they'd remember her as this weird girl you could never quite take seriously, not socially awkward, but weird, always flirting or messing with people, or both. Next month and new stuff

So with there being persistent bugs and issues around saving sims, annoying stuff going on with skin details and weird stuff with random celebrity levels in live mode I've noticed and other stuff, I'm thinking it's likely that I'm going to hold off on uploading any new sims or anything until I'm feeling a bit more confident about the state of things and just what kind of stuff I will have to deal with in the long term.

POV Party Video

In the midst of all this post-patch chaos*, I may not have any new sims, but I did manage to put together a new video. It's a pretty different one from what I've made before in that I got the idea to try to make the whole thing using only the first person camera. This is a restriction in many ways, but also meant that I spent much less time recording things than I usually do, as I only really had to think about the one angle. Pausing payments for August

This is just to inform that I'm pausing payments for August. That's not to say there's going to be nothing from me then, more of a preemptive thing as I haven't gotten too much new stuff uploaded recently, mostly some long overdue updates. I also don't know how long the issues with the latest patch will persist and I know there's likely going to be some other stuff in general taking up my time in the following weeks.

So, a massive merged file of some sort made it into the archives for my updated versions of Alexis and Thalia. It's called

"LUUMIA_skindetail_LipTints.package"

Delete that if you have it, it causes conflicts with 3D eyelashes, making them look all messed up. The archives for Thalia and Alexis have been reuploaded with the file removed (and the CC used from it, which does not cause conflicts on its ownI).

Updated Sim: Thalia Jordan and her family

While probably has not changed as much as Alexis, she's still changed a great deal from her previous uploaded version which was getting quite outdated compared to the version of her that I've now had around in my own game for a long time now. Perhaps most apparently she's got a signficantly darker skintone than before, a more or less overhauled warderobe, and a highly redone bio to fully reflect where I have ended up with her as regards her characterization.

Updated Sim: Alexis Vinter (+ dad and cat)

So Alexis has probably changed the most of my old sims with edits to her face that might not be immediately apparent but also with a different hairstyle, more and different tattoos (she's quite tatted up now) and a lip piercing as well as changes to her traits and skills, going along with the new elaborated backstory. Updated Sims: Tracy and her Family

The updates includes changes to many of her outfits, some new, but mostly just edits. She now wears light brown contacts with many of her outfits, while natural eye color is black/dark brown (seen in most of her casual outfits) and she's got new hairstyles.

Another Update!

Okay so this is embarassing! It was brought to my attention that most of the sliders in the archive still had old dates for when they were last changed, I initially just brushed it off as I was sure I had updated them, but then it got to nagging me and it appears I had made a mistake with the upload.

Werewolves Patch and Custom Sliders

The werewolves patch broke many custom sliders and things initially looked pretty grim. However it turned out the issues were relatively simple to fix. 

The Shared CC folder has therefore been reuploaded with fixed/updated versions of the custom sliders used. Maxis Sim Makeover: Goth Family 2022

This will mark the third and hopefully last time I overhaul this Maxis family. I had started doing some overhauls to my versions of Bella and Cassandra about half a year ago, but mostly left them to stew rather than prioritize completing them. But now, with the maxis rework of the base game family having been released, it seemed appropriate to finalize my own changes.

New Lot: Quarry Rave Location

I put together this lot a couple months back. Essentially it's the quarry building in Evergreen Harbor converted into a rave location, which I think suits it quite well. Figured I might post this up here. These are some videos I made from a scene I set up a little while back mostly using some WIP sims as well as some sims made by some other creators, notably Santana-Red from LL.

I ended up working on and splitting the video into four parts, and each part is sort of separated from the last, though it's all part of the same "scene" really. 

And yeah, it's NSFW, especially from the second video onwards.

New Sims: The Foundry Urbz

Alright, here's an entirely new group of sims based on the Urbz. This time it's the entirety of the Foundry crew. Like normal I've taken what was on the wiki and what I could find out from other sources and made sims roughly based on that and sort of making up the missing spots as I saw fit. New Sim: Chloe Piasek

And another new sim! Though this girl is one I've shown of WIP a bit more, she's also not a quasi Maxis sim like Hannelore who I also uploaded today.

I ended up making these three the first sims I'm updating with my new standard for how I use cleavage details and mixing up breast meshes a little bit (which ones they use will be noted in the sim descriptions going forward, with Sopor Allure still being considered the standard and alternate trays provided if you want to stick to that and not get cleavage details that don't line up with those). Pausing March

Due to my lack of progress this month and the fact that other things unrelated to sims have left me completely distracted this past week or so, I think it would only be right to pause payments here. 

I'm still here, I'm fine, I should have done this on less short notice and there are things in the work, I just haven't been able to devote time to get them finished. Sorry.

Something I've been working on lately

So yeah, I started working on this pool party video back in December, but onyl really got started a couple of weeks back in January, and just finished it up now after a week of being mostly otherwise preoccupied. 

I've used a whole bunch of sims and a slightly reworked (you might notice a couple of rooms are different) of my sim Owen Rockwell's mansion in Del Sol Valley as the location. It's set to be winter, but it's still sunny and warm enough for this kind of stuff more or less.
