I see quite a few comments like "You need to get used to the girls' designs. Once you get used to them, you immediately realize that they are awesome." So, I'm going to reveal a little secret to you...
To enhance the feeling of falling in love with the character, as the plot progresses, I change their appearance in favor of realism, nevertheless preserving cartoonish style.
Quite a risky decision, but I think it was worth it.

I changed Lina's hairstyle, because it started to render very slowly at one point. Back in those days, I had 1050ti and fx-6300... brrr! Those dark days when I had to render characters and locations separately... 😣
