Here's a dining chair to match your glam styled homes! It has the trendy studded trim detailing and is versatile enough to use in most interiors. Surprised I haven't used it myself yet! Also, for me to be known as a pretty decent decorator, I find it hilarious that this is the best staging I could come up with for these chairs (blame my needy children) Haha. Enjoy!

Originally built for a dear Simmer friend of mine, with permission to share, this is a tropical glam wedding venue built with the most expensive taste in mind. Call it St. Tropez, Los Angeles or Miami! Whatever your heart desires. This lot is completely outdoors and features an outdoor entertainment area, more bars than anyone should be allowed to have and all of the glitz to boot! The lawn features customized initials, but feel free to adjust it to fit your own wedding needs.
I'm in a very L.A state of mind this month, so to complement my latest Rodeo Drive build, I designed this modern chic Beverly Hills home! If you've been following me long enough, you know how much I gravitate towards neutral monochrome colors but this time: I wanted a RAINBOW. The curved pool feature + sunken in firepits made this build challenging to execute, but I've never met a challenge I didn't like!

If you’ve downloaded my lots and realize that some CC doesn’t place or is missing, you probably put the CC in your Mods folder incorrectly. You can’t drag the folders from the download and place them in your game that way; you must open each creator folder, mass select the files in that folder and then place them in your Mods one folder at a time. I genuinely grew tired of building houses, so I built Los Angeles instead! This lot contains five venues: four are furnished and three are fully functional as long as you own the packs needed to make them so (Get Together & Get to Work).

Every aspect of this lot is both aesthetically pleasing and fully functional.
Over the summer, I vacationed at the Nizuc Resort in Mexico to celebrate my anniversary. It was one of the most aesthetically pleasing places I've ever been and it entirely inspired this build. I've been mildly obsessed with San Myshuno lately so here's another apartment! This one is glamorous, features my absolute favorite color palette and is designed with Penny Pizzazz in mind! She's an ambitious, on the go, take no bullshit kind of gal and this place suits her -- or your Sim ;)
This is the first of three apartment builds set to release this month. The goal was to maintain my signature aesthetic while incorporating some warm and bright colors. I think that this apartment is unisex so it can fit Sim couples of all types! It's definitely not suitable for Sims with young children as currently designed. 3.) Activate bb.moveobjects

It's here! I love this home so much, and I'm confident that you will too! Here are the quick faq about the build: (also, if there are routing issues ie. Sim won't get in the bed or sit on the sofa, remove or change the bedding/pillows. Often times it's just the clutter on the couches that are in the way.)

I know, this is "out of character" for me but there are only two things I do in The Sims: make male Sims and build homes. A few of you asked for these flavorful cuties after I shared Gentleman's Lane, so here they are! Lol. I removed all of their clothing so that the file wasn't gigantic. For great male clothes, I recommend Darte77 & Gorillax3.
Build updates: trying to release both houses at the same time. One is 80% finished and the other about 45%. Either way, I'll release one next week.

I was going to finish and upload a build, but cannot open my game due to this ridiculous patch that EA has put out. All of build/buy CC is named "Debug" in the build window which will make it impossible to track the CC and might also cause some gameplay issues with adding over 1 GB of CC to your games. I'm checking regularly for an update from EA as well as any batch fixes from Sims 4 Studio. In the meantime, here's a gift.
