This has not been tested with the the new phys bones, it may have problems!! Earrings I made in blender from scratch. 3 Materials so you can change any of the colours to anything you'd like! also have the dynamic bones settings included in the folder for you

It has no blend shapes as there's too many head options, so you'll have to do them yourself, not sure how? I recommend this video here!
