This has been in draft for a few days, but I've finally made up my mind.

These changes are meant to simplify things, after seeing other creators' page.

"Everything" is now simply in [Supportive Fan] tier, while [Big Fan] remains if you really like my work and want to support even more. I don't really want to manage "split" things like having prioritized users...

I am currently working on 3 commission. It's meant to be finished around 1 week for each, but I got sick again. Regarding Fanbox and Paypal changes

My understanding on the official Fanbox post :

If supporters have used Paypal for any R-18 creators in Fanbox before March 21st , they can continue doing so. If you're new or have a new account to support after that date, you can use credit cards (feel free to check if there's other option beside it).

If R-18 Fanbox creators already used Paypal before March 21st, they can continue doing so. If not, then they can't. Fortunately, Pixiv added Wise recently, possibly knowing this would happen soon.
