An oc I designed for a pals story that's in the works, though I really like how she looks. Like a lot. The idea is that as the name/title implies, she's a black market dealer. From what I gathered in the story, the world has this parasite infestation (expansion) and a drug is needed to keep it at bay. So guess what she's showing off?
