On 30th November yesterday, Pixiv have announced update for their ToS. Which sadly still in Japanese and no English version out yet.

Nevertheless, from what i can gleam from translating it w/ Google and talks from JP folks, in essence what falls into [Prohibited Contents] category are mostly real life photos and similar images.
